8 April 2020 : Covid-19 Do I have a fever!

OMG, feeling a bit rough today. Sluggish, just want to sleep but work is not letting up.....was feeling a bit hot too, this pandemic messes with your head, do I have a fever????? OMG...took my temp which normally sits at 36.5....it had gone up to 37.5 however it is warm outside so probably normal...but it does make you panic, the slightest cough makes me freak out as well.

Pathetic I know, this anxiety and worry, when so many (almost 1000 today....) are dying. So so sad.......

I did have a conversation with someone today who mentioned that she is focusing on the positives..ie. think about how many lives have been saved by reduced traffic and far less road traffic accidents.....think about the reduction in pollution......

Boris is still in critical care but feeling better apparently, I want him to come out just to stop those bloody journalists asking the same stupid questions....the public would ask better and more relevant questions.

Going to try and have a good nights sleep tonight, going to bed with a normal temp, hardly a cough and will start by doing my breathing exercises!!!
