So I read on one of the support groups that dogs could possibly bring virus in on their paws. Hubby drives them to the field and they run around there for a half hour........not only does he have to leave his shoes outside the door, I am now making the dogs stay in the garden for hour and wiping their paws with salt water solution....only a little bit of salt as I don't want to damage their paws...
My anxiety is up and down....I feel good one minute, then my friend rings and tells me two of her husband workmates are in ICU and it freaks me out....one is in induced coma. All so scary. My mumma is in Ireland on her own and she is getting anxious, she is poorly anyway and is stressing out about everything. My head is spinning, the pains in my chest are still there...anxiety.........putting it down to that anyway so hopefully it will settle down!
Trying to help others via support groups to take my mind off my own worries. My eldest and her boyfriend come out of precautionary isolation tomorrow (after 14 days), I am happy for them, but at the same time anxious about what they will consider essential going out??? we should not need to go to the shops as we have delivery on Sunday....will she wait that long....she is vegan......that will make my anxiety increase if they do decide they want to go to supermarket.....
Stressful times......
